Panels: Phenolic Compact Laminate, 12 mm thickness, black core. Fire classification: M2, Bs1-d0.
Fixing system: Anodised stainless aluminium "U" profiles:
- 30x25.5x30 mm Stabiliser. 25x17.5x25 mm Vertical "U".
- Aluminium alloy 6063 with T5 heat treatment and a polished stainless steel anodised finish.
- Alloy composition: Magnesium (Mg): 0.45-0.90% Silicon (Si): 0.20-0.60%.
Finishes: Polished and rounded edges.
Stainless steel AISI 304 hardware:
- Hinges (2 per door);Door knob;
- Lock with occupancy indicator, emergency releasable;
- Adjustable height stainless steel feet, 150 mm; and
- Fasteners.
Certifications:
Phenolic compact laminate manufactured according to European standard EN 438-4:2005, composed of a cellulose core impregnated with thermosetting resins and a decorative surface impregnated with aminoplastic resins, subjected to high temperatures (approx. 150°C) and high pressure (> 7 MPa), resulting in a high-density, homogeneous, non-porous material (1.35-1.45 g/cm³). Highly resistant to moisture, steam, scratches, impacts, and many chemical substances. Vandal-proof and anti-graffiti. Non-toxic, hygienic, and antibacterial surface.
European-manufactured panels with ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications and PEFC and FSC labels.

Packaging and Shipping
The cabins are shipped disassembled in a kit and packaged using a solid wood (particle board) box, palletized to ensure safe transport and the perfect reception of all parts.
The kit consists of all prefabricated elements according to the chosen configuration, dimensions, and finishes. This kit will be accompanied by detailed instructions for unpacking and assembly for easy and quick installation.
